Single Account Policy

Account Ownership

Deposits and withdrawals on your account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Using a third party's payment method is against jlbet's policy and may result in account suspension.

Welcome Bonus

jlbet offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
• A deposit of ৳28,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 → total balance ৳48,000

This bonus applies only once per account.

Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus). For example:

• ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal.

Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met.

Bonus Abuse

If an attempt is made to abuse the bonus program — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or artificially meeting wagering requirements — jlbet reserves the right to cancel that bonus and suspend the account. Please use all bonuses in good faith.

Other Promotions

jlbet runs various promotions and offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms, which will be detailed on that promotion's page or announcement. Promotion-specific terms apply in addition to these general Terms.

VIP Tiers

jlbet's VIP program has three tiers, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Tier Progression

The more actively you use the jlbet platform, the faster you have the opportunity to advance to a higher VIP tier. jlbet reserves the right to change the criteria for tier determination at any time.

Cashback Terms

VIP cashback is calculated and credited to your account once per week. The cashback amount depends on your total wagers for that week. Cashback may not be directly withdrawable and specific wagering requirements may apply.

General Betting Rules

Before placing bets on jlbet, make sure your account has sufficient balance. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. Read all terms and market details carefully before placing a bet.

Technical Errors

If a bet is won or a payment is made in error due to a technical fault or software issue, jlbet reserves the right to void that transaction. jlbet will not be held responsible for errors resulting from technical faults.

Match Manipulation & Fraud

Match fixing, use of insider information, or participation in any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If evidence of such activity is found, the relevant account will be permanently closed and all funds will be forfeited.

Automated Betting Software

The use of automated betting bots, scripts, or any other unauthorized software is strictly prohibited. jlbet uses technology to detect such usage and accounts found in violation of this policy will be closed.

Limit-Setting Features

jlbet treats responsible gaming as a top priority. Users can set limits on their deposits, bets, and losses. These limits help you stay in control of your spending and maintain healthy gaming habits.
